I noticed that I'm upbeat throughout the day whenever I say this intention as soon as I wake up in the morning. This intention is made up of words of gratitude. I believe that what you focus on you create in your life. I attended a very good friend's wedding dinner several months back. You might say that it was an unconventional wedding dinner.
